After the screening of “I Can Quit Whenever I Want” (Smetto Quando Voglio) this coming Sunday 30 November at 6.30pm, there will be a reception with Italian wine, courtesy of Sarah Eti Castellani, Consul of Italy, and delicious Focaccia by “Donna Fügassa”.
Donna Fügassa – set up by Maia Chiara Rossi and Alessia Mastroleo (pictured) – offers Focaccia prepared with Italian excellent ingredients (extra virgin olive oil, organic unbleached white flour and sea salt), a slowly fermented semi sour-dough with delicious organic and locally sourced toppings (onions, potatoes, vegetables, olives, etc.). The dough rests for hours without the addition of sugar or malt, thus becoming easily digestible. Their Focaccia is tasty and genuine, a hearty food prepared following the traditional recipe from Liguria, the north-western Italian region.
